Co-Founders
Rai Mansoor Imtiaz Khan
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
- Rai Mansoor Imtiaz Khan oversees operations in UK, US and Pakistan. He is a Doctoral Scholar at the School of Politics, the University of York, UK., where he also teaches undergraduate students. Previously, he achieved a Master of Research in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham, UK. Rai remains an active and prominent member of academic circles both in the UK and Pakistan, and has extensive experience as an educational consultant.
Muhammad Qasim
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR MANAGEMENT
- Muhammad Qasim is a Lecturer at a private university in Lahore and heads our operations in Pakistan. He has an MA in Social and Political Thought from the University of Sussex, UK that he completed with distinction. In addition to having several publications already under his belt, he is an enthusiastic figure in Pakistani academic circles. In addition, he has been facilitating consultative sessions with students in the remote area of Pakistan for better careers decision-making. He is actively leading the social networks in Pakistan and is engaged in educational policy development.
Mariam Dogar
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR COMMUNITY RELATIONS & TRAINING
- Mariam Dogar is in charge of the firm’s activities in conjunction with local communities and also oversees our training workshops. She also serves as a Faculty member at Government College University, Lahore in addition to being a regular contributor to local newspapers. With over eight years of experience in academia and education, she is a highly qualified consultant with demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Her analytical rigor is paired with a commitment to provide quality-first advisory services to customers. She also regularly holds meetings with community leaders and representatives to supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values by facilitating the projects related to a commitment to community relations.
Anmol Yasmin Ahmed
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR PR & COMMUNICATION
- Anmol Yasmin Ahmed oversees the consultancy’s communication activities. With experience in PR at international firms like Scythian Consulting GmbH, Austria and local media organizations such as the Express Tribune, she is well-suited for delivering strategic communications for the IAA. She is also passionate about developing effective communication strategies, public relations campaigns and managing corporate reputation. Based in Europe, she has been instrumental in developing the global expansion and client base. Further, Anmol has an MA in Nationalism Studies from central European University, Austria and maintains strong relations with academic networks, especially in Europe, the US and Pakistan.

Naveed ul Hasan Gorsi
Director North-East Punjab
- Naveed ul Hasan Gorsi is our Director North-East Punjab. He is responsible for looking after operations of staff, programs and relationships with stakeholders. Naveed holds more than 10 years of experience in local operations and management.
Saneeque
- Saneeque has a BA in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College, United States. She has worked with various consultancy firms in the United States and Pakistan. She has been involved with education counselling for the past three years and has guided students towards the path to their International Academic Success.
